While keeping the for sale sign on it....

Suitors will give their considered value ...if they bid.

It will not be top dollar, however, it can establish a base if companies are serious. They will be considering the licensing factors as well.

e.Digital has more than enough time for the market itself to evolve.....the patents are brand new...with that, they will enforce infringement issues.

This is not going to take place as fast as some here would like it....not if a fair value is to be established.

All kinds of companies may have an interest, from large web player sites e.g. GOOGLE to the actual network providers e.g. Verizon....and many other disciplines. Each discipline will apply a different value.
