Maybe this notion is incredibly self serving and for that I apologize upfront.

It would be logical to assume that the IPMetrics and EDIG management don't live in a vaccuum and therefore from time to time they review EDIG related posts on our and other EDIG discussion boards.

If the IPMetrics NUNCHI language removal was just simply to clean up and better clarify intent certainly all the speculation would have prompted a quicker response.

This is JMVHO however, there's something a lot more significant going on.
