If someone was ready to write me a check for $24.00 for my shares of EDIG, I would hand them over faster than Obama presenting his real (long-form) birth certificate.

I don't think RP and /or PN or anyone else would have to consider it very long either.

But that's just my opinion.

I would peg the offer to an international standard, as of the date of offer, but that's a whole other subject.
