I think we can put a fair price on it after a favorable Markman and see what the total income from the current infringers is.

If the income is low to moderate, then I would take 3-4 and walk, or if the income includes treble damages, etc., and is high or very high, then maybe 5-7 or perhaps a little more, and I would run.

I think the 21 number was somewhat of a joke based on a conversation I had regarding this matter. Can anyone really see someone offering 6 billion dollars for edig, even winning the total 175+ suits, try and calculate the return using 6 billion, only if we become another Apple or equal.
