You concluded your post with this:...

"My current dilemma is whether or not to add more shares".

A sentiment shared by 99% of posters on this site and all thosed currently "Invested" in EDIG WHICH IS THE REASON FOR THE CURRENT PPS OF $.075 Cents...

Morover, paraphrasing OKIE'S paraphrase of RP'S comments made in their conversation as follows:

"We are going to find out where we stand so we can move on." or in other words... We are going to put a price on this company/patent portfolio so we can sell it." ; you infer that management is seeking to sell the company. YOU ARE WRONG, WRONG.

FIRST:

RP and OKAIE were discussing the Patent portofolio, it's "Validity" from the standpoint of either settlements now, or selling the patents al la Qualcom to OEMS in the future, after FEDERAL COURTS have affirmed their "VALIDITY" through MARKMAN HEARING. I doubt strongly RP told KIRK anything about selling the company, (KIRK can confirm this.)

SECOND:

RP has said often said that they are not interested in selling the company. Oh ,if someone was writing them a check for $24:00 dollars a share I suppose they would consider it. But their main objective is to "Sell" the Technology protected by their patents.

Finally, your dilemma is not that intractable. It all comes down to how much money you are able and willing to loose completely if the Markman Ruling goes against EDIG. You put your bet down and wait till the wheel stops spinning .
