I think your right. Edig's lack of effort on the EVU development front could be thought of as telling. I suspect the company will go away at some point. Probably due to acquisition. After all, why bother with it if its not part of your future? How much/little is the company be sold for? That is the a very interesting question. A literal comment of a paraphrase from EDOKIE of Robert Putnam "We are going to find out where we stand so we can move on." or in other words... We are going to put a price on this company/patent portfolio so we can sell it. I don't expect much action (pps) until after (or for specualators before) the January hearing. Then I expect things to move quickly. My current dilemma is whether or not to add more shares.
