All good points stocwiz and welcome back. Financials continue to improve as DM works the list of infringers....no debt, cash reserves, no dilution, less overhead and room for this to continue.....while the Markman still lurks.

Keeping EDIG on solid financial footing, a criticism for years by many, is certainly a key point.

It's good to have runners on base before you start swinging for the fences. As we move forward we will see DM's expertise unfold as they continue to gain invaluable experience seeing the defense strategies of the infringers unfold. Best they consider all road blocks before deciding to go the distance.
