"I'll ask you the same thing I asked earlier (I rarely get answers to my questions but I'll try anyway.) Who is a bigger fish than Samsung with more potentially infringing products, higher revenues, broader global reach, etc? Better yet, can anyone name 4-5 bigger such fish?"

I'll take a stab at it.

Sony, Nokia, Motorola, various chip makers, and yes, possibly Apple.

It's not the size of the company it's the amount of infringing product they have sold.
