Bill, call me irrationally exuberant but I'm celebrating having a bird in hand and not lamenting not having the 2 in the bush that I would have to wait until next spring for. I think Samsung admitting that we have a strong case against them is almost as good as a positive Markman decision (which could still come and against an even bigger bird).
