That was me who stated....per RP at the 9/17/08 SHM:

Q: What about a hostile take over?

A: "That cannot happen, as we have a poison pill."

Q: Sandisk turned down a Samsung offer for $26/share, so what are we worth to a buyer?

A: "We are not for sale for less than $21/share."

Everyone can think what they want, but this is what was said just 10 feet from my ears in row three.
