Hi Bill. I am afraid that the cases you sited for the large settlements were between "high profile" litigants. Edig is NOT high profile. I am in hopes that the settlement will be very large, but I have been fooled many times before in this and other stocks. I would think that the terms of the settlement would remain confidention and not be disclosed.

As much as I hate to have this opinion, that is mine. I would really enjoy getting more details, for a change regarding settlent amounts so that we, and the public, and institutions would have a better idea of the future direction of the company. J.M.O.
