I´m with you, mazan. These were exactly my first thoughts when CC was announced.
The date after the expiring date of the warrants could mean that they don´t want them to be excercised. If this is the reason, it means we will hear nothing of substance until February 13 (after the big tranche). If so, it means that management is convinced Poet doesn´t need the money. If so, it means that revenues are already in sight. If so, CC could be the starting point for a little avalanche...
Too bad there are so many "could" and "if". I don´t think there are any legal problems to spread news at Feb.,13 and not before. They will find a way. But what do I know...
Too bad I will not be able to listen live this time. That irks me. Most thrilling weeks ahead.
