Why would we spend money buying Anadigics? We don't have bucket loads of cash.
The POET team don't have to release news until agreements are signed on the dotted line, this takes time. But if any kind of a deal has been agreed upon in principle and they are in the process of getting the required documents signed then I would say they are confident on the date of the 16th Feb.
I don't think we will "certainly" get a NR before the 16th, it just makes sense. Think about it, they are going to go into details on the CC. How are they going to do this if the information is not public knowledge?
