I am not saying that railway will not make profits, but am saying that not as much per dollar invested compared to Noront's nickel mine and probably this applies to some other possible mines in the Ring.

If this railway would make decent profits then why is Gates and Buffet not asking Ontario to build it? Yes of course, they do not know the Ring exists.
