Noront Resources

The Company also announces that pursuant to the loan agreement entered into between Noront and Resource Capital Funds V L.P. ("RCF") on February 26, 2013, it has satisfied the payment of interest for the third quarter of calendar 2013 by delivery of 1,165,473 common shares of the Company (the "Interest Shares") to RCF, at an effective price of $0.3317 per Interest Share.

FromSudbury You missed the latest info contained above. We tend to think along your

reasonig.However if it was that easy to push Noront shares down why would "they" RCF

let someone push Noront from 22 cents all the way to 42.5 cents during the determaining

period and by doing so cause RCF to receive some 250,000 shares less than in previous Quart.

They coud have opted for cash and buy shares at 22 cents but they didn't.
