Agreed. But how do the Coutts Performance Shares come into the picture? I have to confess it is a tad confusing to me. As you say RCF certainly have lots to gain from low sp....while Coutts, presumably hand picked by RCF, has a lot to lose unless he gets the sp "significantly" higher as per an email from G. Rieveley on November 6th...............
