I have to admit, this is getting to be a bit of a head scratcher. Not sure how NOT was planning to takeover/merge with FWR with such a lack lustre share price. None of this is making sense to me. I really thought NOT would be throwing out some kind of results that would have driven their price up. But here we are, hummm.

So do I now have to start with a conspiracy theory? Is it possible that this has been a conspiracy by, NOT,FWR,Cliffs and the institution holders to oust the retailers?( I don`t really believe this but man I cannot understand how bidding for a rich resource like this could be so uneventful(ie undervalued).
