Hey, gang. Woke up early to pack for NYC (and wake up crazydik :-) ) and wanted to shed some light on the the HUB Leader initiative.

1. HUB Leaders are automatically generated by the system based on activity within a HUB, ranking and ratings by others. It's a formula that works very well.
2. Just because you're eligible, you don't need to actually use any of your admin abilities
3. HUB Leader is much more than deleting posts. As HUB Leaders can see, an important function is to keep information up to date from shares outstanding to photos to the Link Library. All of these are now in your control
4. A HUB the size of Noront will require at least 4-5 active HUB Leaders to keep up with managing violations (keeping or deleting posts) + updating information.

Now that you know the HL position is more than simply deleting posts, I hope more of you will stay on in the position and help out with the duties. The system is very intuitive and you'll be blown away by how easy it is to use.
