the compromise just goes to show how good RN and team are. They knew before the vote ever occurred that it would be close and a long a drawn out fight that would have been bad for all of us that is why they offered the compromise before rosseau tried to take over. Now as far as repaying Rosseau as someone mentioned - I sure hope not IMHO he should repay NOT for the money the co had to spend to defend the proxy.
