I believe that the actual breakdown of votes is available if one asks. Impossible to tell what the final tally was. 49 million at the meeting would include attendees including Richard for example, and Irwin. 46 million proxy would include both white and yellow as they did not specify the breakdown, only the total.

I will E-mail NOT to ask for a breakdown. Might be useful.
