I like this instant type of gratification: "The Company has entered into this agreement to acquire these panels for their potential to generate long term, sustainable revenue".

Cash is King, We'll see if these panels can net $15,000 by May 13th, 2015 to cover the interest payment and prevent further dilution.

I do trust that Gary has worked this equation through all the way to breakeven and PROFIT. A 6 month turnaround would cement the practicality of his strategy.

No doubt you thought I was dead. Coulda, shoulda and wife wishes I woulda but no, I am one of several dead broke bagholders with a very faint pulse but no real signs of life.

At this junction I thankfully applaud Gary's tenacity. The rest of the UC crew were way out of thier league in Mexico.

Gary thinks that he understands the Canadian Aboriginals' perogatives better and perhaps the marketing strategy for SunVault works, but maybe one of you "value investors" can tell me what the deliverable is with a business plan like: "The company plans to pursue in partnership, subsurface rights for mineral, oil, coal and other commodities in partnership with Aboriginal shareholders and landowners"

Other than the heavy emphasis on partner, what does UC bring to the table?

Does anyone know anything?

• Have we lost our experienced and qualified plant personnel?


• Did the Mexican Govt. lender call their loan? (forcing our bankruptcy?)


• 
  Did we win our appeal and get our settlement from the Copalquin plaintiff?

Patiently waiting for a rebound in the price of Ag to rekindle the UC business plan. The Silver Bulls are optimistic but the market bulls are better connected. The price of Au is firming up nicely, so maybe some of the Au market bulls are lying again.

The #1 question now has to be "How long can UC survive with the mill on 'Care & Maintenance'. Consider:

• executive salaries,


• the continued availability of skilled personnel,


• ongoing utility bills,


• ongoing debt service etc.

The search for further debt financing must be frustrating, the community of La Yesca may yet support our objectives and provide some advantages and influence to keep us in town.

Other than a $40 AG oz. perhaps it will be Copalquin that pulls us out of this funk.

We need a break on one of these three crisis.

I understand that the mill was operating predictability prior to C&M however I recall hearing something about needing another primary crusher (ball mill?) for hard rock material. If we can get a break in the near term I'm predict that SunVault will be there to rehab our electical power addiction.
