So does this mean that:

a) since I was a shareholder before that time, I can purchase shares and still have the shares count for a vote?

b) if I buy shares, do you get "credit" for lack of a better term, for these shares or do you have to wait the 3 day transcation period before proceeding to c) ...?

c) I have to re-send my proxy to account for the new shares I just purchased?
