I've heard this a few weeks ago but paid it no mind. It appears that this rumor is developing as time goes on.

I heard there was a movement to move Richard over but as for motive, I remain a little skeptical and as they say: "the proof will bare it out."

1 phone call should either dispel or prove it depending on who calls and of course who answers. Richard should know about this if in fact a situation such as this is occuring.
