You are missing the point. WSR doesn't have the capacity to do what they promise. They shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as Noront who does have the capacity. It's a throwaway.

Richard and Noront can't lose a thing on the jv's since either by some wierd circumstance the jv partner does manage the exploration and find something or they don't and property reverts to Noront. I'm saying however that you can't add one red cent of value unless the jv partner does now have the money to do what they say OR until such time as they do perform.

Noront will at some point sell out their interest in the DE property but may well keep some of the outlying claims for exploration at some later date. Odds are high that a good number of the touted jv parnters claims will revert to Noront.

There is a lot of concern on this forum that 'newbies' should be warned of potential trouble areas and anyone thinking of investing in WSR had better do some due dilligence.
