Some may see this different from you since WSR doesn't have the money to do what they say. It's sort of a promise and 'maybe' because they have to close their announced sale of flow thru shares to raise something like $1,000,000. Until they do they have zero cash.

WSR and most junior exploration companies are just not the same as Noront who have millions in the bank. If WSR doesn't obtain cash for first round of exploration ($1,000,000 won't go far) and find interesting mineralization fast they will walk away.

Personally I hate these deals with juniors who don't have the cash to backup their promises.
