Oddly enough even Richard mentioned he did his pp at lower than he'd have liked because the market in which to raise exploration capital was not terribly good.

These kind of jv deals have long been the practise of junior mining companies BUT don't think for a minute that a lot of them don't fall by the wayside quickly due to lack of funds.

All I'm saying is for investors to concentrate on the Double Eagle and claims on the main mineralization trend. Noront isn't giving any of these away to jv partners as they do have value. Thinking that an underfunded jv partner brings much, if any, value to the table is wishful thinking.
