Teck is not contractually required to spend anything, but if they do not propose a work program of at least $500,000, then Copper Fox is free to proceed with any size program of their choosing greater than $500k. That would be on own dime IIRC, so maybe someone can confirm. I'm too much in shock right now to revisit DD.
