Teck is years away from using Stewart for either mine. Why do a transfer now? Makes no sense, it hasn't been anounced, and is only hearsay at this point. Even if true, Teck can get anything they want from the Stewart terminal if/when needed.

And I don't think we need to pile on the conspiracy of "taking over the power line" position. Not worth getting wrapped around the axle on.
