I am not sure and have not heard of any filings later than that. But if CUU takes longer than 45 days to file, is it possible they would be fined??

45 days from when the BFS is complete. If the BFS is only one signature short it is not complete. Can someone point to where the company has publically said the BFS is complete?

Just because they offered in a NR some high level numbers from a BFS Base Case, doesn't mean the BFS is officially complete. Could be missing a signature or there's a typo somewhere that they need to find and fix...
