WZ I think the suggestion of "Sedar first" may be based on "public disclosure requirements", i.e. giving the public access to material info before/same time as Teck sees it. That's my take on why the Sedar theory exists. I don't know for sure if that holds water. Thoughts?

BTW, Mike Smith confirmed in no uncertain terms that it is the entire 10,000 page document that is supposed to be delivered to Teck.
