Personally, I think it's another stall tactic, it's amazing that when they want something done quick, like PP closing in 6 days, it can be done. I still don't understand why we are not providing the full version to teck, they have to spend 4x expenditures so ultimately they are paying for it if they take 75% so why would they accept a condensed version? I just don't buy it.
