Another possibility is maybe they are in negotiations with Teck and they have until Feb 4 to finalize them otherwise the BFS gets filed and Teck is put on the clock. It almost seems very odd that the PP was done in a couple days, extensions to options were done etc. etc. House cleaning before something happens... Just speculation. Anyways lets just wait and see what happens tomorrow as they told me Teck would get it by this week.
