I agree that it has become a buyers market to some degree. We can't apply a % premium to our current SP to figure out what our buyout price will be. It is too early.

First we need some more drills (one, two, 4, 5...)

Then we need a mine plan... (should include a starter pit me thinks)

Then maybe another drill or so

Then BFS gets laid down

Then Teck will state it's intention for earn in percent (0%, 20%, 40%, 75%)

Then we can look at what a buyout price might be.

When all of this is done... then please apply a % premium to our SP.

Most if not all of this is going to happen in the next month, maybe two.

PS. Squishy... CUU will probably never be a producer. Something to keep in mind.
