Hi Molson. Just 2 points. First Point. The pinks are a quotation service and not an exchange. Plenty of illegitimate companies trade there. Just because SLI is quotes does not mean the company is in existence. You need to check a registry of joint stocks. I assume SLI was registered in BC but perhaps it was another province or federal. Second Point. Aiminvestor just pointed out the the subsidiary claimed by SLI is not owned by SLI any longer. SLI never held any claims in Peru, they where all held in the holding company. Therefore it is my belief that SLI has no interest in Peru what so ever.
