As you know, it is her company. She is the sole director and the largest debt holder. For anything to happen it will have to go through Lori. I choose not to be a cynical as you. There is no evidence to suggest that Lori wanted to destroy the company. If she did, she could have let the remaining claims lapse long ago. The fact remains that Lori is apparently still working for shareholder interests because she has not let the company go. Then again, I have not checked the registry of joint stocks. Perhaps SLI no longer exists! Has anyone checked? As far as democracy goes, it only works if rules are followed. It sucks that the dissident faction lost on a technicality but they still lost. Suck it up butter cup. Time to move forward and stop dwelling on the past.
Questions for Lori if Mikxx actually calls:
1. What remains of St Elias Mines? Is the company still in existence?
2. Obviously SLI needs money to operate, how can we finance SLI to move forward?
3. Do we have any options that do not end up in massive dilution or share roll backs?
4. Is there any chance for doing any further drilling on Tesoro? Many of us are still wanting to see 1 or 2 deep holes drill through the heart of the ovoid, is that even possible now?
5. To drill we need drill permits. Have the past permits expired?
6. Would you be willing to put up a show of good faith and release to us the azimuths that we have been asking for since the initial results where published?
Question for shareholders prior to calling Lori
1. Are we more focused on who controls that company than we are on salvaging out investment?
2. If Lori puts up a show of good faith can we accept it and work with her to salvage our investments?
