Sculpin,

Whilst I ttally agree that market regulations and laws seem to favour incumbent management, I do feel a couple of errors were made and that's why there was no intervention.

Morally someone losing a vote by 91% should fall on their sword and go, simpe.

The proxy form claiming univaersity attendance for one of the prospective board members was clearly a huge mistake, and allowed management to latch onto it and disallow the nomination.

At that point it was lost, I knew it at the time, and so it came to pass.

Now you see why I am asking about EGM's, if one is possible, that would be a better route, IMO.

Now SLI are on the NEX could one be called? With only one director the vote would be very straightforward, and you would need to propose someone whiter than white as a replacement, to avoid the same issue again.
