No I did mean an EGM, (Extraordinary General Meteing), which can be called in the UK if shareholders are disappointed with management performance, and a vote of no confidence n a specific person or the board in general can be called,

You need a certain % of votes (Varies) to call one, and then everyne votes on the resolution out forward by the rebel shareholders.

Does theus exist in canada? Not sure whether it works for private companies but SLI is on the NEX is it not? So is it stillpublic from the legal perspective?
