Shareholders presented before the TSX an official request to step in and to make management employ the "majority voting policy" because of what happened at the AGM THAT Lori was still voted in with around 5% of the votes. To my knowledge, the TSX COMPLETELY IGNORED the signed shareholder request which allowed Lori AFTER the request, to take office again while 91% of the votes were against her and the BOD, that is how preposterous the TSX non action is as well.

Also, the BCSC could in severe cases, remove the entire BOD, place BCSC employees as the BOD, until a resolution was found for the company. An abuse of power would be a good reason for the BCSC to have intervened, but as we see it, NO HELP ever came from them as well.

So, the shareholders, which are the majority were NEVER protected, Lori and her BOD WERE ALWAYS PROTECTED BY THE tsx, bcsc AND EVEN THE COURTS.

Clearly dictative acts and suppression of the shareholders and a demonstration to the public interest that the regulators, justice system etc are NOT there to enforce the public interest, but actually are AGAINST the public.
