If this could be done under ''Canadian law''??? In this case it would not be allowed because we all know that the authorities are corrupt and are involved in this sorry attempt to steal this investment from the shareholders. Within this investment LAWS ARE NOT ENFORCED! DEMOCRACY IS NOT ALLOWED! and CANADIAN LAW IS A JOKE!! REMEMBER THE 2012 AGM!,&THE 2013 AGM!
Calling an AGM is the legal way and the proper way for shareholders to be able to vote in new management, IF??? this WOULD BE ALLOWED? then
Someone please call for an AGM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
