It's a good sign the BOD received 700,000 options. They know more than the S/H and will always get their piece of the pie. Just makes me angry the S/H have waited years for this and now that we are getting close to the end the BOD get a nice fat option bonus for being incompetent for years. Cliff Flowers never wanted to buy shares until recently, I think the only reason he bought his 75,000 shares was because he new he would be getting 100,000 in options and didn't want to look like a snake in the grass receiving options without even owning a single paid for share. Carlton Johnson receives 300,000 options, More then he already owns and what has he done for the S/H to deserve this? (Nothing). What about Gloria Felcyn our wonderful CFO she receives 300,000 options, more then she already owns and what has she done to deserve this? (Nothing). Over the years the BOD has made it very obvious that they couldn't care less about the S/H and now that PTSC possibly has a chance to take off they will once again profit more then most of the S/H without even taking a real chance with their own money.
