Your right, but the fact is that in every stock, regardless if it’s on Penny Stocks or the Nasdaq.....if you do not own enough shares to make a "dent" in their decision making process, you will be ignored." . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . I will just make one comment on the above. I could probably own 49.9% of PTSC and still not break the current BOD's "non binding" culture. I'm not an expert on Delaware law nor on PTSC By Laws but it would not surprise me if that were true even if I owned 99%!
