IMO that ship sailed a long time ago. Options or no Options is irrelevant now. My question to this forum is: Do they typically get their options during this period? Or are they being issued "early" this year?

I'd like to know the timing. It is either coincidence that they are receiving their options now at the end of PTSC's fiscal year, which makes sense, or they are being issued now because of the imminent court decision and possible settlement.

Anyone know when the BOD is typically awarded their options?
