I'd like Ron's professional opinion as to the liklihood of a litigant changing counsel this late in the game and so close to a Markman, in order to obtain some additional funds, most of which will be required to pay the new counsel and potentially risk the entire case? The suggestion that such has occurred seems ludicrous to me, but perhaps I'm missing something.
