I've been thinking that same thought for over a year.

The only way this MMP is going to reach it's full revenue potential is if it is owned by one company. Both sides have dirty laundry, IMO, and by going private, all that laundry disappears for good. I expect, after PTSC and TPL settled, with no changes to the Master Agreement or the Commercialization Agreement,....we are going to merge in the near future. PTSC will either be broke in 18 months..or will be forced to put up their IP as security to the opening round of toxic financing. Enter... Roswell ...in my opinion.
