What I suspect is that TPL‘s lawyers withdrew from representation because it was beyond their ethical conduct to continue representing Lecky. It is unfortunate that lawyer client privileges prevents all of them from testifying against him in court. Hopefully, PTSC’s lawyers are capable of carrying the ball with respect to future hearings regarding the validity of the patents. If not, and if the extension is not granted, we are out in the cold without even as much as a blanket.
