Actually, I've complained about PTSC missing filing dates. On more than one occasion, several years ago when PTSC had no manufacturing, no engineering, no distribution/logistics, no sales/marketing, no operations or customers. They only had a portion of TPL, which was an independent operation. Still, at times, they couldn't meet the filing dates. AMAZING!

Now they have ownership of some of those operational activities, but it seems that they have no day to day involvement. So I'll ask again this year, what do these folks do all day?
