I can't believe you said:

Okay .... then who are "the owners"?

Isn't PTSC a Public Company? Have we all just been camping out here for fun, or do most of us have a great deal of money invested in this company?

Do the people managing this company for us have their own money invested in it?

So, tell me again why we shouldn't have a "sense of entitlement" when it comes to expecting good fiduciary responsibility to the Shareholders of this company and regular, clear communications from our BoD.
