I never said the above nor have I even hinted of it. Your characterization of me is wrong, but not unexpected.

As to your suggestion. Unfortunately it might take quite a bit more than 51% of the shareholders to obtain 51% of the outstanding stock. But even if you did find that kind of support for some specific effort, you may still need to fight the company. One individual owing 51% of the shares is the company. So while it may sound a bit like the control I spoke of, it certainly is not the same. IMO.
