Given your claimed extensive knowledge of all matters corporate, what was the reason for posting the letter on here without firstly following correct procedure?

Equally problematic was the stated disinterest in seeking a BoD seat after the final application deadline, which had been posted here on many occasions.

You then initiate the "Sour Grapes Club" for which the definition of sour grapes is:

Yet those you nominated could hardly be classed as disappointed, but were you?
