If the PTSC annual shareholder meeting was in your home town, and you had a choice to attend in person or virtual, what would you choose?

I suggest you attempt an original idea or at least offer constructive contribution to someone else's message.

It doesn't matter if one party will not abide and the other party doesn't know how to monitor and enforce.

It doesn't matter if one party knows how to use the other parties money.

It wouldn't matter if they didn't know how to capitalize on the opportunity.

Presumably, there is some court direction regarding revenues but there are plenty of places for $7,000,000 to be spent. Don't forget, it's Dan Leckrone that has the "most experience" with Carl and Gloria(does this mean that he qualifies as a PTSC director?). And, who better to outsmart than a forensic accountant and a lawyer who were unable to track the "expenses" for years?

I don't know if the private jet, mistress accomodations, perks and other "expenses" were shared in order to keep certain directors happy with the licensing "results". Maybe one could inquire at the next virtual shareholder meeting.
